Booking with Us
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you do not agree with our Terms & Conditions.

 

First Visit
Please arrive 5 minutes before your first treatment to allow time for check-in and preparation. Arriving late will shorten your treatment time, reducing its effectiveness and your enjoyment. Your treatment will end on time to avoid delays for the next guest.

 

Late Policy
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your full appointment, but this may not always be possible. Service time may be shortened to avoid delays for other guests, and treatments will be charged at full value.

We will respond to your email, call, or text as soon as possible. Alternatively, feel free to book your desired treatments through our 24/7 online booking system.

Cancellation Policies and Fees

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you, and we kindly ask that you respect our scheduling policies. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment are subject to a fee equal to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without prior notice will also be charged in full for the scheduled service.

We value the time of both our clients and staff, and this policy is in place to ensure fairness. When an appointment is missed, we lose the opportunity to serve other clients, and our staff may have traveled specifically for your service. As such, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time and make up for lost revenue.

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation. You will only be charged in case of a cancellation or no-show. At checkout, guests may choose their preferred method of payment.

 

Cancellation When You Are Unwell

If you're feeling unwell, we understand and won’t charge you a late cancellation fee. Since we work in a small room with limited ventilation, germs can spread easily, and we want to protect both our staff and other clients. It's best to reschedule your appointment for when you're feeling better.

 

Prices and Services

We accept payments online via PayPal and Stripe. Please note that PayPal and Stripe payments are non-refundable, so we ask that you choose your treatments carefully. Prices and services are subject to change without notice. While we will do our best to keep clients informed of any changes, we encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking.

Please choose your treatment carefully when booking. We offer various modalities, each designed to achieve different results. Knowing your goals in advance will help ensure you select the right treatment for yourself.

Gift Certificate/ Voucher

 

We cannot accept responsibility for the loss or theft of Gift Certificates. They are non-replaceable if lost, damaged, stolen, or expired, and void if altered, photocopied, or reproduced. Gift Certificates are only valid when displaying a voucher number, signature, and date stamp. They cannot be exchanged for cash. The value is in the currency identified on the card and must be redeemed in full unless authorized otherwise by staff. Gift Certificates are valid for 6 months and are non-refundable.

Gift cards cannot be used in combination with discounted services.

If you wish to use your Gift Certificate towards a couples massage, please be mindful that availability may vary on your desired date. Please be kind and don't feel offended if we are unable to accommodate your preferred date; we may be able to offer an alternative day.

Non-Sexual Service Policy

Please be aware that Bali Ritch provides a non-sexual service. Verbal or physical sexual harassment will not be tolerated under any circumstances and will result in the immediate termination of your treatment. You will also no longer be welcome at our spa. We respect and value your business, and we kindly ask that you extend the same respect to us.
